I don't make candy much but I do want to make the most out of my candy thermometer AND Halloween is coming up. I'm going to make vegan M&M's ( with shell and shined) and a few other things soon enough. Does anyone have any other ideas on things that don't have a vegan version or could be upgraded? Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

For the cups:

• 12 paper muffin cups
  
• one 12-ounce pkg. vegan chocolate chips

For the filling:

• 1 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  
• 1/2 cup powdered vegan sugar
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Hello.

Here's the deal.. I just bought a heart-shaped cookie cutter and I want to use it to make some sort of V-day treats for my boyfriend.. Only I have no idea what to make. I'm thinking something easy that involves chocolate. (No lame cut-out sugar cookies!) The simpler, the better.
